FOR LOCAL SERVICE BUSINESSES

You sent the quote.
Carry it forward.

Good estimates get buried in busy inboxes. Keep every open quote in view, follow up with care, and know when it’s time to stop chasing.

No card for the pilot. Bring the estimates you already send.

For the owner who’s great at the work.
And has enough tabs open already.

“Yes, let’s talk about timing.”

Customer responded. Reminders stopped.

Illustrative sample data. No customer or revenue claims.

YOUR ESTIMATES. YOUR WAY.

Keep your accounting software.

Skip the CRM migration.

Give the follow-up a home.

A SMALLER SYSTEM. A USEFUL HABIT.

From “I should follow up”
to a clear next step.

Start with one real estimate. Add a simple routine around the work you’re already doing.

01

Bring the open quotes.

Add an estimate or import a CSV. Keep the original quote link, amount, date, and customer together.

Download the import template →
02

Make the next touch easy.

Review a ready-to-send email. Send it yourself, or approve a three-message sequence for eligible quotes.

Email delivery requires your workspace setup.

03

Know where things stand.

Customers can say interested, later, or no thanks. Their response stops reminders and appears in your activity feed.

Mark direct inbox replies manually.

BUILT FOR THE IN-BETWEEN

More useful than
a sticky note.
Less to take on.

For painters, landscapers, remodelers, cleaners, and other local service owners who send estimates through email or PDF and need a consistent follow-through.

Already using effective follow-up in Jobber or another CRM? Keep it. QuoteCarry is for the gap you still need to close.

A little care goes a long way.

  • Clear customer response links
  • One-click pause and a permanent opt-out
  • No cold lists or surprise email blasts
  • Quotes export whenever you need them
  • Customer replies stay human
Built to support the conversation.

QuoteCarry doesn’t read your inbox, collect customer payments, or guarantee that a quote becomes a job.

Pilot includes up to 30 follow-up emails. No SMS. No per-quote fees. Taxes may apply.

Want help getting started?

Optional $149 setup: import up to 50 existing estimates, configure your business profile, and walk through the first follow-up together. Book with the founder; setup is a separate one-time service.

A few things to know.

Will customers have to create an account?

No. A private response link opens in their browser. They can express interest, ask to pause, decline, or opt out. Expressing interest is not a booking or a signed contract.

What happens if a customer replies to my email?

The email reply goes to your business inbox. QuoteCarry does not monitor that inbox. Mark the quote as “Replied” to stop reminders. Responses through the quote link stop reminders automatically.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Your 14-day pilot needs no card. After it ends, you can still view and export your records. Sending and adding quotes requires a subscription. There is no automatic trial charge.

Is this a replacement for Jobber or QuickBooks?

QuoteCarry handles the follow-up queue. Keep your existing estimating, scheduling, accounting, and payment tools. Import CSV files or add a link to the original estimate; there is no direct integration in this version.

Who is behind QuoteCarry?

QuoteCarry is an independent pilot built by Tristan McGowan, a software and systems builder in Central Illinois. Pilot feedback and paid demand will determine where it goes next.

KEEP GOOD QUOTES MOVING.
